摘　　要：目的:探讨右髂总静脉下肢CT静脉造影(CTV)检查的直径测量结果的变异程度。方法:回顾性研究近5年我院行两次或者多次下肢CTV检查的患者的CT影像资料,测量同一水平面的右髂总静脉直径,观察同一患者测量结果的较大值(X1)与较小值(X2)之间的差异程度。结果:30例患者,直径差值>1 mm的患者共22例(73.3%),直径差值均值2.1 mm(0~8.2)mm,直径变异率均值为15.0%(零~62.1%),X1和X2两组比较显示(t=7.033,P<0.001),两组间差异有统计学意义。结论:两次下肢CTV检查时右髂总静脉直径存在明显变异。Objective:To investigate the variation of the diameter of CTV in the lower extremity of the right common iliac vein.Methods:CT images of patients who had two or more lower extremity CTV examinations in recent 5 years were retrospectively studied.The diameter of the right common iliac vein on the same level was measured.The difference between the larger value(X1)and the smaller value(X2)of the measurement result of the same patient was observed.Analyze the statistical significance of the difference between the two result.Results:Among the 30 patients,22(73.3%)had a diameter difference of more than 1 mm.The mean diameter difference was 2.1 mm(0-8.2 mm),and the mean diameter variation rate was 15.0%(zero-62.1%).Conclusions:The diameter of the right common iliac vein has obvious variation in two CTV examinations.
