摘  要:通过共沉淀法合成了Mg-Al水滑石(LDH),并采用原位氧化沉淀法将纳米Fe3O4负载于水滑石上,制备出了磁性水滑石复合材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对催化剂进行表征,研究了不同磁性水滑石对H2O2氧化降解甲基橙的催化活性。结果表明,Fe3O4纳米颗粒能均匀负载在水滑石表面,并避免了Fe3O4团聚现象的发生,磁性水滑石的催化性能较纯Fe3O4有了明显提升。在最佳条件即pH=3、温度25℃、H2O2用量30 mmol/L、催化剂用量1 g/L的条件下,100 mg/L的甲基橙溶液在120 min内降解率达到97%。催化剂具有良好的化学稳定性,重复使用4次后效果稳定。Mg-Al hydrotalcites were prepared by coprecipitation method and synthesized Mg-Al hydrotalcites were loaded with Fe3O4 nanoparticle to prepare magnetic hydrotalcites by in situ oxidation precipitation method.The catalysts obtained were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The catalytic activity of different magnetic hydrotalcites for the oxidation degradation of MO in the presence of H2O2 was investigated.The results show that Fe3O4 nanoparticles are well distributed and firmly loaded on the surface of hydrotalcite with less aggregation.The catalytic activity of magnetic hydrotalcite is much higher than that of pure Fe3O4 nanoparticles.Under the optimal reaction conditions of initial pH 3,reaction temperature 25℃,H2O2 dosage 30 mmol/L and magnetic hydrotalcite dosage 1 g/L,the degradation rate of 100 mg/L methyl orange solution can reach 97%within 120 mins.The catalysts show good chemical stability,and catalytic performance is still stable after four times.
