摘 要:用环氧氯丙烷、乙二胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、三乙胺和花生壳制备季铵化花生壳,并研究其对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附。结果表明:红外光谱、元素分析、等电点分析均证实产物中引入了胺基基团,N元素含量提高57.04%,等电点降低。当振荡温度25℃,溶液pH值为3,反应时间120 min时,季铵化花生壳对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率可达93.5%,饱和吸附量为23.27 mg/g。随着振荡温度的升高六价铬吸附量下降。应用等温方程分析吸附过程符合L型等温方程的描述;吸附速率方程分析吸附过程符合准二级速率方程的描述,化学反应过程是主要控速步骤,吸附热力学方程计算得到不同温度下吸附过程的△G<0,△H<0,△S<0,说明吸附反应是一个自发进行放热反应且是熵减过程。The quaternary ammonium peanut shell is prepared by epichlorohydrin,ethylenediamine,DMF and triethylamine,and Cr(Ⅵ)is absorbed by the new material.The results show that,the amine groups are introduced by IR,elemental analysis and isoeletric point analysis,the N element content increases by 57.04%,and the isoeletric point decreases.When oscillation temperature is 25℃,solution pH value is 3 and the reaction time is 120 mins,the removal of rate of quaternary ammonium peanut shells on Cr(Ⅵ)can reach 93.5%and the saturated adsorption capacity is 23.27 mg/g.The adsorption capacity of hexavalent chromium decreases with the increase of the oscillation temperature.The adsorption process using the isothermal equation is in accordance with the description of L-type isothermal equation,adsorption rate equation analysis process conforms to the description of quasi secondary rate equation,the chemical reaction process is the main speed steps,and adsorption thermodynamics equation calculation finds the adsorption process under different temperature△G<0,△H<0,△S<0,showing the adsorption is a spontaneous exothermic reaction and entropy reduction process.
