摘　　要：目的:分析针灸治疗血清抗精子抗体阳性不孕症的效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年6月在本院妇科和生殖科接受治疗的抗精子抗体(Anti-spermatzoon Antibody,AsAb)阳性不孕症患者90例作为研究对象,依据随机分组的原则将其分成针灸组、西药组以及隔离组,每组各30例。分别对三组实施针灸、西药和避孕套隔离三种治疗措施。分析三组患者的治疗的中医证候积分变化、AsAb转阴率、治疗的满意度以及受孕率。结果:相对于西药组和隔离组,针灸组患者中医证候积分较低,AsAb转阴率、治疗的满意度以及受孕率和血孕酮(Progesterone,P)值水平均比较高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:运用针灸对血清抗精子抗体阳性不孕症患者进行治疗,能够明显改善患者的病情,可在临床上广泛运用。Objective:To analyze the effects of acupuncture on infertility with positive serum antisperm antibodies.Methods:90 cases were divided into the acupuncture group,western medicine group and isolation group,with 30 cases in each group.Three treatments were implemented for the three groups:acupuncture,western medicine and condom isolation.The TCM syndrome scores,the AsAb conversion rate,the satisfaction of the treatment and the pregnancy rate in the three groups were analyzed.Results:Compared with the western medicine group and the isolation group,the TCM syndrome scores in the acupuncture group were lower,the AsAb conversion rate,satisfaction of treatment,pregnancy rate and P value were higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:Treating infertility patients with positive serum antisperm antibodies by acupuncture can significantly improve the patient’s condition and is widely used in clinical practice.
