摘　　要：本文介绍了伊春锦老中医治疗脾胃病的丰富经验,治疗中重视舌诊并四诊合参、问诊中重视大便情况,认为对脾胃病的诊断意义更大,在临证中分辨标本缓急,强调情志因素的作用,从肝论治,体现中医学整体观念和形神合一的思想,体现运用中医辨证论证治疗脾胃病的科学性和有效性。并针对珍白合剂加辨证分型治疗反流性食管炎的经验进行具体论述。The Yichunjin’s rich experience in treating the Piwei disease(脾胃病)was introduced.In the treatment,he emphasizes tongue examination and four consultations,and emphasizes stool conditions during consultation,which is important for diagnosis of the Piwei disease.It is important to distinguish stages in clinic.The role of emotional factors in the pathogenesis of the Piwei disease and treating from the perspective of the liver are emphasized,and the scientific and effective treatment by TCM syndrome differentiation is reflected.The experience of treating reflux esophagitis with the Zhenbai mixture(珍白合剂)plus syndrome differentiation is specifically discussed.
