加味川芎平喘合剂对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压患者血清爱帕琳肽和缺氧诱导因子-1α的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味川芎平喘合剂对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)合并肺动脉高压(Pulmonary Hypertension,PH)患者的治疗效果,及其对血清爱帕琳肽(Apelin)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(Hypoxia inducible factor-lα,HIF-1α)的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年6月本院收治的稳定期COPD合并PH患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用西医常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予加味川芎平喘合剂治疗,共治疗12周。比较两组1秒钟用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 Second,FEV1)、呼气峰流速(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF)、肺动脉收缩压(Pulmonary Artery Systolic Pressure,PASP)、Apelin、HIF-1α和疗效。结果:治疗12周后,与对照组比较,观察组FEV1和PEF较高,而PASP较低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组血清Apelin水平较高,而HIF-1α水平较低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味川芎平喘合剂对稳定期COPD合并PH患者的治疗有一定效果,可以明显改善血清Apelin和HIF-1α水平。Objective:To explore the efficacy of the Chuanxiong Pingchuan mixture(加味川芎平喘合剂)on COPD and PH,and its effect on serum Apelin and HIF-1α.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 50 cases.The control group was treated with western medicine and the observation group was treated with the Chuanxiong Pingchuan mixture for 12 weeks.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were higher,while PASP was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum Apelin level in the observation group was higher,while the HIF-1αlevel was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Concluison:The Chuanxiong Pingchuan mixture has a certain effect on stable COPD and PH,which can significantly improve the levels of serum Apelin and HIF-1α.
