平肝熄风汤辅助治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨平肝熄风汤辅助治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床疗效。方法按照随机数表法将2017年1月-2018年3月于我院接受治疗的妊娠期高血压疾病患者(88例)分为对照组(44例)和观察组(44例)。给予两组患者拉贝洛尔治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者加用平肝熄风汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、血糖及血流动力学水平、中医证候积分及不良妊娠结局情况。结果:治疗后较对照组,观察组治疗总有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后较对照组,观察组血糖、外周阻力、中医证候积分水平均较低,心脏指数水平则较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组不良妊娠结局总发生率,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平肝熄风汤辅助治疗妊娠期高血压疾病患者的临床疗效显著,可有效改善血糖、血流动力学及中医证候积分水平,减少不良妊娠结局的发生。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Pinggan Xifeng decoction(平肝熄风汤)on hypertension during pregnancy.Methods:According to the random number table method,88 cases were divided into the control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases).Two groups of patients were given labetalol treatment,and the observation group was treated with the Pinggan Xifeng decoction more.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the blood glucose,peripheral resistance and TCM syndrome integral levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The heart index level is higher(P<0.05),the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Pinggan Xifeng decoction has significant clinical effect on hypertension during pregnancy,can effectively improve the blood glucose,hemodynamics and TCM syndrome integral level of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
