摘　　要：目的掌握临床活血化瘀类中药饮片的使用动态,为中药饮片剂量设置及促进临床合理用药提供依据。方法提取医院2014年至2019年中药饮片处方数、活血化瘀类中药饮片使用量及其给药途径,采用Excel 2010软件分析相关数据。结果2014年至2019年,活血化瘀类中药饮片用量趋于稳定,川芎、桃仁、红花及红花、川牛膝、三棱的使用量及频率分别居内服及外用饮片前3名,大部分饮片的用药剂量超过药典规定范围。结论使用活血化瘀类中药应注重辨证论治,个体化用药,注意用药合理性,用药剂量选定需谨慎。在用药合理的原则下,应适当调整医院合理用药系统中该类中药饮片剂量限定范围。Objective To master the application status of traditonal Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction pieces for blood-activating and stasis-removing during to provide basis for the dosage setting of TCM and promoting the rational use of drugs in clinical practice.Methods The number of prescriptions of TCM decoction pieces in the hospital from 2014 to 2019,the amount of TCM decoction pieces used for blood-activating and stasis-removing and the route of administration were extracted,and the relevant data was analyzed by Excel 2010 software.Results From 2014 to 2019,the consumption of TCM decoction pieces for blood-activating and stasis-removing tended to be stable.The consumption and frequency of Chuanxiong rhizoma,Persicae semen,Carthami flos were among the top 3 decoction pieces for internal use,the consumption and frequency of Carthami flos,Cyathulae radix,Sparganii rhizoma were among the top 3 decoction pieces for external use,respectively.The dosage of most decoction pieces exceeds the prescribed range of the Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion In the application of TCM decoction pieces for for blood-activating and stasis-removing,attention should be paid to syndrome differentiation and treatment,individualized medication,rationality of medication,and dosages.Under the principle of rational drug use,the dosage limits of this kind of TCM decoction pieces in the hospital’s rational drug use system should be appropriately adjusted.
