康复新液联合米诺环素治疗牙周炎临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合米诺环素治疗牙周炎的临床疗效及对血清生化指标的影响。方法选取医院2018年2月至2019年8月收治的牙周炎患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例。两组患者均给予盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,观察组患者加用康复新液治疗,均连续治疗6周。结果观察组总有效率为90.24%,显著高于对照组的73.17%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的牙周探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、视觉模拟(VAS)评分及白细胞介素6(IL-6)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、内脂素(VF)水平均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),生活质量(SF-36)评分、咀嚼评分均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(17.07%比9.76%,P>0.05)。结论康复新液联合米诺环素治疗牙周炎,能改善患者的牙周健康状况,降低血清生化指标水平,改善预后效果。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with minocycline on periodontitis and its influence on serum biochemical indexes.Methods A total of 82 patients with periodontitis admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to August2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with minocycline hydrochloride,and the observation group was added with Kangfuxin Liquid.All patients were continuously treated for6 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than 73.17%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of periodontal probing depth(PD),plaque index(PLI),gingival crevicular bleeding index(SBI),visual analogue(VAS)score,interleukin 6(IL-6),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and visfatin(VF)of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life(SF-36)score and chewing score were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was equivalent(17.07%vs.9.76%,P>0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with minocycline in the treatment of periodontitis can improve the patient’s periodontal health,reduce serum biochemical indicators,and improve the prognosis.
