健康导向下的开放住区交通空间优化策略研究——以合肥市琥珀山庄为例

摘　　要：从健康宜居视角出发,以合肥市典型传统开放住区琥珀山庄为例,通过实地调查走访、发放问卷、交通观测,统计分析居民对住区公共交通、机动交通、慢行交通、停车等交通空间的满意度水平,探讨住区交通空间存在交通微循环弱、交通干扰大、停车供给严重不足、慢行系统片段化、交通安全意识薄弱等问题。基于居民健康生活的美好需求,提出优化空间布局、引导交通分流、优化慢行流线与品质、增强停车能力、加强交通韧性等优化策略,推进住区环境健康可持续发展。From the perspective of health and livability,this paper takes Amber Villa,a typical traditional open residential area in Hefei,as an example,through on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire,traffic observation and statistical analysis of residents'satisfaction with public and motor transport,slow traffic,parking and other traffic spaces in the residential area.Such issues as the weak traffic micro-circulation and large disturbance,serious shortage of parking supply,fragmentation of slow traffic system and weak awareness of traffic safety are discussed.Based on the analysis of residents’demand for a healthy life,this paper puts forward optimization strategies such as optimizing spatial layout,guiding traffic diversion,optimizing slow flow line and quality,enhancing parking capacity,strengthening traffic toughness,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the residential environment.
