摘  要:以南方红豆杉苗为栽培对象,分析醋糟基质栽培的苗木光合指标及光合特性的变化,探讨醋糟基质对南方红豆杉苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同栽培基质处理的红豆杉苗光合速率不同,除V(锯末)∶V(土壤)为80∶20的处理外,所有含有醋糟的处理都高于土壤(CK1),但低于泥炭的值,其中纯醋糟处理与泥炭比较接近,说明醋糟可以作为南方红豆杉苗的栽培基质。醋糟基质上,供试南方红豆杉1~2年生苗,5月份的光合速率整体较低,光合日变化呈单峰曲线;3~4年生苗,5月份光合日变化较大,晴天苗木的光合速率高于阴天,而且两者的变化曲线不同,晴天波动比较大,有“光合午休”现象,阴天呈单峰曲线,说明南方红豆杉在醋糟基质上的生长符合其生物学特性。南方红豆杉苗光合速率与其光合有效辐射、胞间CO 2摩尔分数均呈显著的正相关关系,但与气孔导度、蒸腾速率的线性关系未达到显著水平。Taking the seedlings of Taxus wallichiana var.mairei as the cultivation object,the changes of photosynthetic indexes of seedlings with different proportions of vinegar residue substrate were analyzed,and the effects of different proportions of vinegar residue substrate on the growth of T.wallichiana var.mairei seedlings were discussed.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate of T.wallichiana var.mairei seedlings treated with different substrates was different.Except for the treatment of V(sawdust)∶V(soil)of 80∶20,all treatments containing vinegar lees were higher than those of soil(CK1),but lower than peat.The treatment of pure vinegar lees was close to peat.This result indicated that vinegar lees could be used as cultivation substrate of T.wallichiana var.mairei seedlings.With the treatment of vinegar lees,the photosynthetic rate of 1-2-year-old seedlings in May was lower,and the diurnal variation of photosynthesis presented a single peak curve.The photosynthetic rate of 3-4-year-old seedlings changed greatly in May,and the photosynthetic rate of seedlings in sunny days was higher than that in cloudy day.Their variation curves were different.There was a phenomenon of“midday depression of photosynthesis”in sunny day.The curve of single peak appeared in cloudy day.This indicated that the growth of T.wallichiana var.mairei on vinegar residue substrate was consistent with its biological characteristics.The photosynthetic rate of T.wallichiana var.mairei seedlings showed significantly positive correlation with PAR and intercellular CO 2 concentration,but the linear relationship with stomatal conductance and transpiration rate was not significant.
