摘 要:用浓硫酸水解法制备了纳米纤维素(NCC),再以丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为单体,对NCC进行阳离子化改性,得到改性纳米纤维素(PDAC-g-NCC)。在m(DAC)∶m(NCC)=2∶1、4∶1情况下,合成了两种产物PDAC-g-NCC 1和PDAC-g-NCC 2。通过称质量法与滴定法测试了两者的接枝率与阳离子度,分别为8.6%、16.7%与32.9%、48.9%。红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)及热重分析(TG与DTG)证实单体成功接枝到NCC表面。以阴离子染料活性艳蓝KN-R为模型物,考查了絮凝剂质量浓度对染液脱色率的影响,结果表明:对100 mg/L的中性染液,投加90 mg/L PDAC-g-NCC 1或40 mg/L PDAC-g-NCC 2,脱色率分别高达90.4%、92.3%;NCC-g-PDAC 2的絮凝窗口较宽,投加30~100 mg/L絮凝剂均可以获得较高的脱色率(>80%)。因此该絮凝剂具有很好的应用前景。Nanocellulose(NCC)was prepared by concentrated sulfuric acid hydrolysis method,and then the monomer,acryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DAC)was used to cationize NCC to obtain modified nanocellulose(PDAC-g-NCC).Under the conditions of m(DAC)∶m(NCC)=2∶1 and 4∶1,two products PDAC-g-NCC 1 and PDAC-g-NCC 2 were synthesized.The grafting ratio and cationic degree of the two were characterized by weighing method and titration method,which were 8.6%,16.7%,32.9%and 48.9%,respectively.Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG and DTG)confirmed the successful grafting of monomer onto NCC surface.Taking reactive brilliant blue KN-R as a model,the effect of flocculant mass concentration on the decolorization rate of dye liquor was investigated.The results showed that 90 mg/L PDAC-g-NCC 1 or 40 mg/L PDAC-g-NCC 2 were added to 100 mg/L neutral dye liquor,and the decolorization rates were 90.4%and 92.3%,respectively.NCC-g-PDAC 2 has a wide flocculation window,and a high decolorization rate(>80%)can be obtained by adding 30-100 mg/L flocculant.Therefore,the flocculant has a good application prospect.
