摘　　要：通过定义磨齿倾角,设计了3种不同磨齿倾角的等距直齿磨盘,对漂白硫酸盐桉木浆进行低浓磨浆实验,发现磨盘1(5°)及磨盘2(22°)对浆料打浆度的提升作用基本一致,而磨盘3(39°)对打浆度的影响较小;磨盘对于纤维的切断作用随磨齿倾角的增加而逐渐减弱,在小磨齿倾角时尤为明显,而细小纤维的产生随磨齿倾角的增加而减少;由磨盘1处理的纤维所抄纸张具有良好的裂断长及撕裂指数,纸张裂断长随磨齿倾角的增加而减小,而纸张撕裂指数与磨齿倾角无明显负相关的关系。The bar angle of straight bar plate was defined and low consistency refining trials were carried out with the bleached sulphate eucalyptus pulp using three isometric straight bar refining plates with different bar angle.The increasing effect of the pulp beating degree obtained by the plate 1(5°)and 2(22°)is basically the same,while the plate 3(39°)has less influence on the beating degree of the pulp samples.Meanwhile,the fiber cutting effect of the plates gradually decreases with the increase of the bar angle,especially at the small bar angle,and the fines content reduces with the increase of the bar angle.The paper made by the pulp refined by plate 1 has a high breaking length and tear index,and the break length of paper decreases with the increase of the bar angle,while there is no obvious negative correlation between paper tear index and bar angle.
