疫情常态化防控期间关于完善城市社区卫生服务工作的思考

摘　　要：通过总结社区卫生服务中心在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中的做法、取得的成效及存在的问题,对如何落实常态化疫情防控举措和进一步完善城市社区卫生服务工作进行分析。社区卫生服务中心应把好发热预检、发热哨点诊室的第一道关口;参与建立智慧化预警方式,提升联防联控水平;加强公共卫生人才队伍建设;巩固疫情期间的预约制服务,提升家庭医生服务内涵;推广线上互联网诊疗服务;加强公众健康教育,倡导良好生活方式。Through summarizing the practice,achievements and existing problems of the community health service center in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic,the implementation of normalization epidemic prevention and control measures and further improvement of city community health service were analyzed.The community health service centers should strictly guard the first pass of the fever precheck and the fever sentinel clinic;participate in the establishment of intelligent early warning methods to improve the level of joint prevention and control;strengthen the construction of public health personnel team;solidify the appointment system during the epidemic and improve the connotation of family doctor services;promote online Internet diagnosis and treatment services;strengthen public health education and advocate good lifestyle.
