麝香保心丸结合扳机点手法治疗颈肩综合征合并菱形肌损伤

摘　　要：目的:探讨麝香保心丸结合扳机点手法治疗颈肩综合征合并菱形肌损伤的治疗效果。方法:选择2019年1月—2019年12月诊治的颈肩综合征合并菱形肌损伤患者80例,分为治疗组40例,给予口服麝香保心丸2粒/次,3次/d,并结合扳机点手法治疗,每天1次,10次为1个疗程;对照组40例,口服布洛芬胶囊治疗,0.3 g,2次/d,疗程2周。比较两组疗效及治疗前后颈椎JOA评分、中医症状积分和视觉模拟评分(VAS)情况。结果:治疗组VAS评分(3.74±1.63)分,明显低于对照组的(4.42±1.07)分(P<0.05);JOA评分为(13.11±3.06)分,明显高于对照组的(10.00±1.22)分(P<0.05)。中期随访结果提示治疗组中医症状积分为(2.78±1.67)分,明显低于对照组的(8.11±2.85)分(P<0.05)。治疗组患者改善率为80.00%(32/40),明显高于对照组的30.00%(12/40,P<0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸结合扳机点手法治疗颈肩综合征合并菱形肌损伤,患者症状缓解明显,疗效较好,值得推广。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Shexiang baoxin pill combined with trigger point manipulation in the treatment of neck and shoulder syndrome with rhomboid muscle injury.Methods:Eighty patients with neck and shoulder syndrome with rhomboid muscle injury were selected from Jan.to Dec.2019,and divided into a treatment group with 40 cases and treated with oral Shexiang baoxin pill 2 capsules/time,3 times/d,combined with trigger point manipulation treatment,once a day,10 times as a course of treatment;the control group with 40 cases was treated with oral ibuprofen capsules,0.3 g,twice a day for 2 weeks.The curative effect,JOA score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score and visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The VAS score of the treatment group was(3.74±1.63),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.42±1.07)(P<0.05);the JOA score of the treatment group was(13.11±3.06),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(10.00±1.22)(P<0.05).The results of the mid-term follow-up showed that the TCM symptom score of the treatment group was(2.78±1.67)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(8.11±2.85)points(P<0.05).The improvement rate of patients of the treatment group was 80.00%(32/40),which was significantly higher than that of patients of the control group 30.00%(12/40,P<0.05).Conclusion:Shexiang baoxin pill combined with trigger point manipulation is used to treat neck and shoulder syndrome with rhomboid muscle injury,the symptoms and symptoms of the patient are significantly relieved,and the treatment effect is better,which is worthy of promotion.
