摘　　要：Tröger碱聚合物具有较高的化学稳定性、热稳定性与刚性,其具有V形阶梯状与多孔性结构,含氮杂环又有一定的亲水性,因而该类聚合物是制备较高水通量膜的重要材料。另外,Tröger碱聚合物上的含氮桥环在一定条件下可被水解开环成为亲水性更强的二氮杂环辛烷结构,通过改变开环比例可以调节其相应膜的水通量及截留率等性能。基于此,首先通过开环条件的控制成功合成了几种不同开环比例的Tröger碱聚合物,然后将其制成膜,分别对膜的形貌、水通量、截留率、抗污染率、孔隙率等性质进行了系统研究,并进一步分析探讨了开环比例的不同所造成结构的变化对膜的这些性能的影响。结果表明:Tröger碱聚合物的开环情况对其膜性能具有较明显的影响,开环后的膜材料在各项膜性能上都有显著提升,这为TB膜材料性能的改进提高及应用范围的拓展提供了一种潜在的途径。Tröger′s base polymers have strong chemical stability,thermal stability and rigidity,V-shaped ladder structure and porous structure.The nitrogen heterocyclic ring is hydrophilic.Therefore,they are significant materials for the membranes with high water flux.Furthermore,the nitrogen-containing bridge ring in Tröger′s base polymers can be hydrolyzed into diazohetercyclic octane skeleton bearing strong hydrophilicity under certain conditions.The water flux and rejection of the corresponding membrane can be adjusted by changing the ratio of opened ring.Therefore,several Tröger′s base polymers with different ring opening ratios are successfully synthesized by controlling the ring opening conditions in the present work.Then the corresponding membranes are prepared from these polymers,and the morphology,water flux,interception rate,anti-pollution rate and porosity of the membranes are systematically investigated.The effects of the polymers′structure resulted from ring opening ratios on the properties of the membranes are analyzed and discussed.The results show that the opening of Tröger′s base polymer has the significant effects on the membrane properties.The properties of the membranes after ring opening have been significantly improved,which provides a potential way for improving the properties of TB film materials and expanding its application.
