摘  要:基于低温合成粉煤灰水泥现有技术,将常压养护改为压蒸养护,研究CaO掺量对压蒸条件下粉煤灰-石灰系统水热合成反应的影响,着重探索CaO掺量对所制得水泥净浆强度的影响,并借助于XRD和SEM等手段分析整个过程的物相组成及变化、微观结构和形貌特征等。结果表明:随着CaO掺量的增加,最终生成的胶凝材料中的β-C2S和C12A7的含量也相应地增加;但是当CaO掺量过高时,其胶凝材料中的β-C2S和C12A7的含量不再增加,同时其净浆强度也会有所损失。Based on the low temperature-synthesized fly ash cement,with the ordinary pressure curing replaced by autoclave curing,the effects of calcium oxide content on the fly ash-lime system hydro-thermal synthesis reaction is studied,especially the effect of CaO content to the cement pastes strength is investigated.The changes of phase composition,micro-structure and morphology are characterized by means of XRD and SEM analysis.The results show that with the increase of CaO content,the amount ofβ-C2S and C12A7 in the gelling material also increase accordingly.While when the content of CaO is too high,the amount ofβ-C2S and C12A7 in the gelling material fails to increase,and the strength will also be somewhat lost.
