摘  要:建立双旗回环形状记忆合金隔振系统,利用平均法和稳定性分析,提出快速求解双旗回环形状记忆合金隔振系统的方法,得到4种形式的幅频曲线及其临界载荷,选出适用于隔振设计的幅频曲线形式,并通过传递率曲线验证其隔振效果,为隔振设计提供参考。求解峰值响应与载荷幅值的关系,从而可通过载荷大小判断幅频曲线形式,并判断峰值响应频率,为避免共振提供参考。研究滞回曲线参数对幅频曲线的影响,给出滞回曲线参数的建议取值区间,为形状记忆合金的设计制造提供参考。The Shape Memory Alloy(SMA)vibration isolation system of double-flag ring is established,and the method of fast solving the SMA vibration isolation system of double-flag ring is put forward by the average method and stability analysis.Four kinds of amplitude-frequency curves and their critical loads produced by different load amplitudes are obtained,the appropriate amplitude-frequency curve form for vibration isolation design is selected,and the vibration isolation effect is verified by the transmission rate curve.The results provide a reference for the design of vibration isolation.The relationship between the peak response and the load amplitude is solved,so that the amplitude-frequency curve form can be determined by the load size,and the peak response frequency can be determined to provide a reference for avoiding resonance.The influence of the parameters of the hysteresis curve on the amplitude-frequency curve is studied,and the recommended value range of the parameters of the hysteresis curve is given,which provides a reference for the design and manufacture of SMA.
