中药熏洗治疗对混合痔患者术后水肿疼痛影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗对混合痔患者术后水肿、疼痛的治疗效果。方法:将混合痔患者96例随机分为对照组与中药组,各48例,2组均行混合痔外剥内扎术治疗;对照组术后以1∶5 000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,中药组术后以金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗,观察2组患者术后水肿、术后疼痛、症状缓解时间、治疗满意度及安全性差异。结果:术后第1天、第3天、第5天,2组患者术后水肿、术后疼痛评分呈明显下降趋势,组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第3天、第5天,中药组上述两项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组患者创缘水肿、肛门疼痛、肛门下坠、便血等缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗总满意率中药组为95.83%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组患者均未发生严重不良反应事件。结论:金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗能够有效缓解混合痔患者术后水肿及疼痛,加速患者康复。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing on postoperative edema and pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: A total of 96 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the control group and the Chinese herbal group,48 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with the external dissection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids;the control group was given hip bath with 0.02% potassium permanganate solution after surgery;the Chinese herbal group was given fumigation and washing with Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi powder after surgery. After surgery, postoperative edema and pain, the relief time of symptoms, treatment satisfaction and safety differences were observed in the two groups. Results:On the 1st,3rd and 5th days after surgery,the scores of postoperative edema and pain showed a significant downtrend, differences between the two groups being significant(P<0.05);on the 3rd and 5th days after surgery,the above two scores in the Chinese herbal group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the beginning time of relieving symptoms,namely,edema in edge of wounds,pain in the anus,tenesmus,and hematochezia was shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The total rate of treatment satisfaction was 95.83% in the Chinese herbal group and 83.33% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). During treatment,no severe adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion: The therapy offumigation and washing with Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi powder can effectively relieve postoperative edema and pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
