健胃消食口服液联合复方丁香开胃贴治疗儿童功能性消化不良临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健胃消食口服液联合复方丁香开胃贴治疗儿童功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:选取儿童FD患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组给予健胃消食口服液和复方丁香开胃贴治疗,对照组给予多潘立酮片治疗。比较2组患儿临床疗效和治疗前后胃电图(EGG)及钡条胃固体排空试验变化情况,观察2组患儿不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为85.0%,2组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组胃电节律正常百分比和胃电节律过速百分比较治疗前升高,胃电节律过缓百分比较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃电节律过速百分比高于对照组,胃电节律过缓百分比低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胃排空正常率、可疑异常率较治疗前升高,胃排空异常率较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健胃消食口服液联合复方丁香开胃贴可有效治疗儿童FD,安全性高,值得临床应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Jianwei Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with compound Dingxiang Kaiwei paste for functional dyspepsia(FD) in children. Methods:A total of 80 children with FD were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method. The observation group was treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi oral liquid and compound Dingxiang Kaiwei paste,while the control group was treated with domperidone tablets. The clinical effect,the changes of electrogastrogram(EGG) and solid gastric emptying test with barium bar before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate was 90.0% in the observation group and 85.0% in the control group,there being no significant difference(P>0.05). After treatment,the percentage of normal gastric electric rhythm and the percentage of over-speeded gastric electric rhythm in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the percentage of over-slow gastric electric rhythm was decreased,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the percentage of over-speeded gastric electric rhythm in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the percentage of over-slow gastric electric rhythm was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the normal rate and suspiciously abnormal rate of gastric emptying were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the abnormal rate of gastric emptying was decreased,the difference being significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Jianwei Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with compound Dingxiang Kaiwei paste can effectively treat children with FD,which is safe and worthy of clinical application.
