耳尖放血疗法与中药足浴联合常规医护措施治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察耳尖放血疗法与中药足浴联合常规医护措施治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病的效果。方法:将184例阴虚阳亢型老年高血压病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各92例。2组均给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片进行降压治疗,并给予常规护理措施,对照组应用补肾活血协定方进行中药足浴,观察组以耳尖放血疗法联合中药足浴进行治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后的血压(收缩压、舒张压)水平以及中医证候评分(眩晕、头痛,易躁易怒、腰膝酸软、五心烦热)的变化。比较2组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组收缩压、舒张压水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组眩晕、头痛、易躁易怒、腰膝酸软、五心烦热评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组5项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规医护措施基础上加用耳尖放血疗法与中药足浴治疗阴虚阳亢型老年高血压病患者,可显著降低血压,减轻眩晕、头痛等症状,效果确切。Objective:To observe the effect of bloodletting at the tips of ears and foot bath with Chinese herbs combined with routine treatment and nursing for hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type. Methods: A total of 184 cases of patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,92 cases in each group. Both groups were given amlodipine besylate tablets to reduce the blood pressure,and routine nursing measures. The control group was given foot bath with Chinese herbs based on Bushen Huoxue Xieding prescription, and the observation group was additionally treated with bloodletting at the tips of ears based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for one course, four weeks being a course. Before and after treatment, the changes in levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure as well as Chinese medicine syndrome scores including dizziness,headache,irascibility,lassitude in loin and knee and vexing heat in the chest,palms and soles were observed. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,the curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of dizziness,headache,irascibility,lassitude in loin and knee and vexing heat in the chest,palms and soles in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the five scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on routine treatment and nursing,the therapy of bloodletting at the tips of ears and foot bath with Chinese herbs has defined curative effect on treating patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang
