广西融安县石门灌区农业水价综合改革探析

摘　　要：介绍了融安县石门灌区的工程概况,分析了灌区农业水价存在的问题。根据灌区实际情况,论述了灌区进行农业水价综合改革的措施和成果:实现了水权分配定额管理,用水量总量控制,促进用水户节约用水,减少灌区内用水纠纷,减少水资源浪费,灌溉条件得到改善。An introduction was made on the general information of Shimen Irrigation Zone at Rongan County of Guangxi,based on which the author analyzed the problem existing in the agricultural price of irrigation zone,demonstrated the measures and achievements of agricultural water price comprehensive reform which had been carried out according to the actual situation of this irrigation zone.Water right distribution quota management is implemented.The control of total water consumption promote water saving of user,reduce water dispute and water resources waste,and improve the irrigating condition in the irrigation zone.
