IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-10联合检测在恙虫病诊疗中的意义

摘　　要：目的研究IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-10联合检测在恙虫病诊疗中的意义。方法选取2017年1月—2019年10月在本院住院治疗且临床资料完整的恙虫病患者42例作为研究对象(观察组),另选取同一时期健康体检的30人作为对照组。比较观察组患者和对照组健康人群血清中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-10水平,比较治疗后观察组患者血清中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-10水平。结果观察组患者血清中IFN-γ、IL-4的水平明显低于对照组健康人群,而IL-10水平显著高于对照组健康人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者血清中IFN-γ、IL-4的水平明显高于治疗前的水平,而IL-10水平明显低于治疗前水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合检测IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-10有利于恙虫病患者的诊断和治疗。Objective To investigate the significance of combined detection of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 in the diagnosis and treatment of tsutsugamushi disease.Methods 42 cases of patients with tsutsugamushi disease those ever hospitalized in our hospital during the period January 2017 to October 2019,and with complete clinical data,were enrolled as study subjects(observation group).Another 30 people those received health check-up in our hospital during the same time period were selected as control group.The serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 in the observation group and the control group were compared,and the serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 in the observation group were compared after treatment.Results The serum levels of IFN-γand IL-4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the levels of IL-10 were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IFN-γand IL-4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment,while the levels of IL-10 were significantly lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined detection of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with tsutsugamushi disease.
