摘　　要：目的分析疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的外周血细胞因子变化及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析2019年4—12月在本院确诊为疱疹性咽峡炎的50例患儿(患儿组)及同期健康体检儿童50名(对照组)的临床资料,统计分析两组外周血细胞因子水平。结果患儿组外周血白介素6(IL-6)、白介素10(IL-10)、γ干扰素(IFN)较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿组外周血IL-6、IL-10水平存在显著正相关(r=0.5567,P<0.05)。结论细胞因子检测在疱疹性咽峡炎患儿临床诊治中发挥不可忽视的作用,早期联合检测IL-6、IL-10、IFN,对于指导临床诊治有重要意义。Objective To analyze the changes of cytokines in peripheral blood of children with Herpangina and its clinical significance.Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of children with Herpangina(disease group)those diagnosed in our hospital during April and December 2019 and 50 children received health check-up(control group)were retrospective analyzed.The levels of cytokines in peripheral blood of the two groups were detected and compared.Results The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and Interferon(IFN)in children with Herpangina were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between IL-6 and IL-10 levels in peripheral blood(r=0.5567,P<0.05).Conclusions Cytokine detection plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with Herpangina.Early combined detection of IL-6,IL-10 and IFN is of great significance in guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.
