增效“病毒克”颗粒剂对人工感染NDV肉仔鸡免疫功能的影响

摘  要:[目的]评价增效“病毒克”颗粒剂对人工感染新城疫病毒(newcastle disease virus,NDV)肉仔鸡免疫功能的影响。[方法]选取1日龄的健康AA肉仔鸡250只,随机分为5组。21日龄时,除阴性对照组(Ⅳ组)外,其余各组均用NDV强毒株攻毒,各治疗组(I~Ⅲ组)在22~25日龄饮水中分别添加0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的增效“病毒克”颗粒剂,Ⅳ、Ⅴ组(阳性对照组)不用药。在攻毒前1 d和攻毒后1、3、7、15 d,观察血清免疫球蛋白及新城疫抗体效价的变化;试验结束时,每组随机屠宰15只,取胸腺、法氏囊和脾脏,计算免疫器官指数。[结果]Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清IgG含量在攻毒后15 d与Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组差异极显著(P<0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清IgA含量在攻毒后3、7 d均极显著高于Ⅳ、Ⅴ组(P<0.01),以2.0%治疗组效果最佳;各组间血清中IgM含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组新城疫抗体效价在攻毒后7、15 d均极显著高于Ⅴ组(P<0.01);与Ⅳ组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅴ组脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数均显著升高(P<0.05);Ⅲ组法氏囊指数显著升高(P<0.05),脾脏指数和胸腺指数也有所升高但差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]饮水中添加1.0%~2.0%的增效“病毒克”颗粒剂能明显增加鸡体的免疫功能和抗NDV能力。[Objective]To evaluate the effects of Synergistic“Bingduke”Granules on the immune function of broilers artificially infected by newcastle disease virus(NDV).[Method]Two hundred and fifty healthy AA broilers(1 day-old)were selected and randomly divded into five groups.At 21-day-old,broilers in all groups were challenged by highly virulent strain of NDV except negative group(Ⅳ).0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%Synergistic“Bingduke”Granules were added in the drinking water of 22-25 day-old broilers in I,Ⅱ,Ⅲtreatment groups,and no drug was administrated inⅣgroup,Ⅴgroup(positive control group).The changes of serum immunoglobulin and ND antibody titer were observed at 1 d before virus challenge and 1,3,7 and 15 d after virus challenge.At the end of the test,10 chicken randomly selected from each group were slaughtered,and thymus,bursa and spleen were quickly excised,and the immune organ index was calculated.[Result]IgG content in the serum inⅡandⅢgroups had extremely significant difference with that inⅠ,ⅣandⅤgroups at 15 d after virus challenge(P<0.01).At 3,7 d after virus challenge,IgA content inⅡandⅢgroups was extremely significantly higher than that ofⅣ,Ⅴgroup(P<0.01),IgA content inⅢgroup(adding 2.0%Synergistic“Bingduke”Granules)were the highest.IgM content in the serum had no significant difference among all groups(P>0.05).NDV antibody titer inⅠ,ⅡandⅢgroups was extremely significantly higher than that ofⅤgroup after virus challenge 7 and 15 d(P<0.01).Compared withⅣgroup,the spleen index,thymus index and bursa index inⅠ,ⅡandⅤgroups were significantly increased(P<0.05);The bursa index inⅢgroup significantly increased(P<0.05),the spleen index and thymus index inⅢgroup increased(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Adding 1.0%-2.0%Synergistic“Bingduke”Granules in the drinking water could significantly improve the immune function and the resistance of broilers to NDV.
