摘  要:铝合金模板外墙K板设置在上、下2块外墙模板之间,主要目的是承接上、下2块外墙模板及支承其上方外墙模板。然而,传统的外墙K板在施工过程中难以固定牢靠,致使施工质量受到一定影响。依托绿岛花园(3号地块)项目总承包工程,为提高外墙结构施工的一次合格率,总结类似高层住宅项目铝合金模板施工经验,系统分析影响外墙施工质量的各种因素。通过外墙K板节点深化设计及加强现场施工管控等关键技术,提高K板牢固度,减少胀模风险,达到外墙免抹灰标准要求,缩短工期,节约成本。The aluminum alloy formwork outer wall K-plate is arranged between the upper and lower outer wall formwork. The main purpose of the aluminum alloy formwork outer wall K-plate is to receive the upper and lower outer wall formwork and support it’s upper and lower outer wall formwork. However,it is difficult to fix the traditional K-plate in the process of construction,which affects the construction quality to a certain extent. Relying on the general contract project of Green Island Garden (Plot 03),in order to improve the first pass rate of the construction of the outer wall structure,the construction experience of aluminum alloy formwork for similar high-rise residential projects is summed up,the impact of external wall construction quality of various factors is systematically analyzed. Through the key technologies such as the detailed design of the outer wall K-plate joints and the strengthening of construction control on site,the firmness of the outer wall K-plate can be improved,the risk of formwork expanding mold is reduced,the external wall without plastering the standard requirements is achieved,time is shortened and cost is saved.
