Alpha ACC电子注油系统在“育鲲”轮上的应用

摘　　要：大型二冲程柴油机的气缸润滑设备对其良好运行非常重要。本文从传统机械式气缸注油系统出发,引出了远洋船"育鲲"轮MAN B&W 6S35MC的Alpha ACC电子注油系统。对于Alpha ACC电子注油系统,从组成、结构,分析了该系统的工作原理,同时介绍了该系统的操作步骤以及三种工作模式,着重探讨了重要的气缸注油率(气缸注油率的影响、选取、计算)。经过分析得出:电子注油器性能优越,注油率调节准确,在实际使用中要特别注意注油系统的工作环境,结合柴油机工作负荷和燃油的变化情况,合理选择注油率。要加强管理人员的技术培训,提升电子注油系统的管理水平。只有这样才能最大限度地发挥电子注油器的优势。The cylinder lubrication equipment of large two-stroke diesel engine is very important for its good operation.Its equipment and management need to be considered.Traditional cylinder lubricator is introduced firstly in this article.Then the Alpha ACC cylinder lubrication system is highlighted.Especially,the electronic lubricator is introduced.Besides,we introduce the procedure and three working mode,analyze the important cylinder oil feed rate(its effects,choice and calculation).After analyzing,we conclude that Alpha ACC cylinder lubrication system has many advantages,adjustment of oil filling rate is accurate.In practical use,it is necessary to pay special attention to the working environment of the fuel injection system,and reasonably select the fuel injection rate according to the working load and fuel change of the diesel engine.To improve the management level of electronic oiling system,the technical training of managers is necessary.Only in this way can we maximize the advantages of electronic lubricator.
