摘  要:采用自制的环氧基苯基甲基聚硅氧烷改性剂来改性双酚A型环氧树脂。采用热失重分析(TGA)、电化学阻抗谱测试(EIS)、接触角测试、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和划格法等测试方法系统的研究了改性剂组分含量对于环氧树脂涂层性能的影响。结果表明,随着改性剂含量的增加,涂层的各个性能均有所提高,且当改性剂含量为30 wt%时,改性效果最好,初始分解温度提高了23.68℃,电化学阻抗模量提高约20倍,接触角由86.2°提升至108.9°,改性后涂层表面的附着力也较为优良,老化后依然保持着2级的附着力。Bisphenol A epoxy resin was modified with self-made epoxyphenylmethylpolysiloxane as the modifier.During the research,we systematically studied the effect of organic silicone content on the performance of epoxy resin coatings by using contact angle test,FESEM,etc.According to the results,we found that the performance of the coating was improved with the increase of modifier content,30 wt%of modifier gave the best quality of coating.Compared to unmodified coating,the initial decomposition temperature of the modified one was increased by 23.68℃.Besides,the electrochemical impedance modulus increased about 20 times,and the static contact angles was raised from 86.2°to 108.9°against water.Bisphenol A epoxy resin got excellent adhesion after modification,so that the grade 2 adhesion was maintained after salt water aging.
