摘  要:采用原位自由基聚合构建半互穿网络结构的方法,制备了一系列CSM/PMAA复合阳离子交换膜。对膜的基本性质(主要包括耐碱稳定性、亲水性、热稳定性、力学性能及微观形貌等)进行了表征。并利用NaOH/Na2WO4体系的扩散渗析实验测试了膜的分离性能。测试结果表明:膜的含水量大小在8.5%~32%之间,离子交换容量(IEC)的范围为3.2~4.4mmol/g,在碱液中的溶胀度范围为34.7%~195.4%;制备的复合膜显示出优异的热稳定性能、耐碱稳定性(质量损失率小于0.2%)和力学性能。扩散渗析的实验结果表明:M2膜在25℃下的膜分离性能最佳:OH-离子的渗析系数(UOH)为0.004m/h,分离因子S为12.5。CSM/PMAA composite ion exchange membranes were prepared by constructing a semi interpenetrating network(sIPN)via in situ free radical polymerization in toluene solution.Basic properties(including alkali resistance,water uptake(W R),ion exchange capacities(IECs),mechanical and thermal stabilities and microscopic morphologies)of as-prepared membranes were tested and the separation performance was detected via diffusion dialysis process of NaOH/Na 2WO 4 system.Results indicate that composite membranes with water uptake(W R)of 12.7%-34.8%,ion exchange capacities(IECs)of 3.2-4.4 mmol/g,swelling degree of 34.7%-195.4%are obtained.The as-prepared membranes exhibit favorable thermal stability,alkali resistance(almost zero mass loss in hot alkali solution)and mechanical properties.The membrane M2 showed optimal separation performance at 25℃,while dialysis coefficient of OH-(U OH)is 0.004m/h and the separation factor(S)is 12.5.
