摘 要:为了提高复合材料增强体三维结构的设计效率,以正交机织物为例提出了复合材料增强体三维结构的参数化设计方法。通过分析正交机织物的交织规律,以元素0,1,2分别表示纬浮点、接结经浮点、地经浮点,建立了交织规律的矩阵模型,并开发了正交机织物交织示意图和组织图设计程序,通过输入纬纱层数等参数,即可自动绘制组织图及交织示意图。研究结果表明,通过建立正交机织物交织规律的矩阵模型,结合计算机程序可实现该类织物的参数化设计并提高设计效率。此研究结果可为纤维复合材料增强体的三维结构设计提供参考。In order to enhance the design efficiency of three-dimensional reinforcement structure of composite material,taking the orthogonal woven fabric as an example,a parametric design method for the three-dimensional reinforcement structure of composite material was proposed.By analyzing the interlacing rule of orthogonal woven fabric,a matrix model of interweaving law was established with the element“0”,“1”,and“2”representing the weft floating point,the binding-warp floating point,and the warp floating point,respectively.Then,the orthogonal woven fabric design program for interlacing diagram and weave diagram was developed.By inputting the parameters such as the number of weft layer,the weave diagram and the interlacing diagram could be automatically drawn.The result shows that the parametric design of the orthogonal woven fabric can be realized and the design efficiency can be improved by establishing matrix model and computer program.The results provide reference for the three-dimensional reinforcement structure design of fiber reinforced composite.
