摘 要:设计并制作10组不同地质聚合物取代率的稻壳灰基地质聚合物混凝土试件,并测试试件抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度和吸水率,研究地质聚合物取代率、养护龄期及纤维掺量等因素的影响。通过扫描电镜对混凝土微观结构进行观察,分析混凝土强度形成机理,并对混凝土CO2排放量进行计算。研究结果表明,混凝土强度基本随着地质聚合物取代率的增加而增大,但吸水率减小,力学性能及抗渗性能得到改善;聚丙烯纤维可提高混凝土抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度;混凝土水化反应生成的凝胶结构可将混凝土界面过渡区进行有效黏结,且稻壳灰颗粒可填充孔隙结构,从而提高混凝土整体密实度;采用地质聚合物代替水泥,可显著降低混凝土生产过程中CO2排放量。In this paper,10 sets of geopolymer concrete based on rice husk ash specimens with different geopolymer replacement rates were designed and fabricated,and tested the compressive strength,flexural strength,split tensile strength and water absorption rate of specimens. This paper studied the influence of factors such as geopolymer replacement rate,curing age and fiber content. The microstructure of concrete was observed by scanning electron microscope,which can analyze the strength formation mechanism of concrete,and calculated the CO2 emissions during concrete production. The research results show that with the increase of the geopolymer replacement rate, the concrete strength increases, the water absorption rate decreases,and the mechanical properties and impermeability are improved. Polypropylene fiber can improve the flexural strength and split tensile strength of concrete. The gel structure generated by the concrete hydration reaction can effectively bond the transition zone of the concrete interface. Rice husk ash particles improve the overall density of concrete by filling the pore structure. Replacing cement with geopolymers can significantly reduce CO2 emissions during concrete production.
