仁术兼修 知行合一——地方综合性高校医学人文教育模式十二年探索

摘　　要：依托地方综合性大学的人文学科优势和历史文化资源,学校以"仁术兼修"构建医学人文精神的培育视角,以"知行合一"指导人文教育的路径设计,以医教协同构建"三位一体"医学人文教育生态圈,将医学人文教育融于"三全育人"的大系统。经过12年探索,形成了具有地方综合性高校特色的医学人文教育模式,有效提升了医学生的职业道德和人文素养,产生了广泛的社会影响。Relying on the humanities advantages and historical and cultural resources of local comprehensive universities,the University of Shaoxing adopts the"cultivation of benevolence and skills"to build a perspective of medical humanistic spirit,practices"knowledge and action"to guide the design of humanistic education,and constructs"the Trinity"medical humanities education ecosystem by coordinating medical science and education,with a view to integrating the medical humanities education into the"San Quan Education"system.After 12 years of exploration,a medical humanities education model with the characteristics of a local comprehensive university has been developed,which has effectively improved the professional ethics and humanities competence of medical students,hence a wide social influence.
