摘  要:栅控电子枪在工作过程中产生的高温易导致各个组件变形,其中阴极和栅网的热变形对行波管电子光学性能有较大的影响,利用Autodesk Simulation软件对某X波段4 kW行波管栅控电子枪的热变形问题进行了研究,结果表明:阴极的热变形最大,且电子枪的变形主要是朝着阳极反方向进行的,适当增加阴影栅或控制栅的厚度,可以减小栅控电子枪各组件的热变形。The high temperature produced during gridded electron gun working process results in components thermal deformation,and the deformation of cathode and grid greatly influences the electron optics performance of traveling wave tubes.The thermal deformation of the gridded electron gun used in a 4 kW X-band traveling wave tube is studied by using the software of Autodesk Simulation.The simulation results show that the deformation of the cathode is the most serious and the deformation direction of the electron gun is opposite to the anode.The components thermal deformation of the gridded electron gun can be lessened by thickening the shadow grid or control grid properly.
