城市闲置土地原因分析及盘活建议——以海口市龙华区为例

摘　　要：盘活闲置土地是激活区域经济发展潜力的重要手段之一,为进一步挖掘区域经济发展潜力,优化城区总体布局规划,发展新兴产业和高科技产业,实现节约集约型用地的可持续发展目标。文章通过搜集与整理相关信息对闲置土地进行梳理汇总,分析区域闲置土地形成的特点、现状、原因及盘活过程中存在的问题等基本情况,并结合实际情况提出盘活闲置土地相应的对策与建议。Revitalizing the idle land is one of the important means to activate the potential of regional economic development,for it can further tap the potential of regional economic development,optimize the overall layout and planning of the urban area,develop rising and high-tech industries and achieve the sustainable development goal of economical and intensive utilization of land.By collecting and sorting out relevant information,this paper summarizes the idle land,analyzes the traits,the current situation,causes and problems existing in the process of regional idle land formation,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for revitalizing the idle land in line with the actual situation.
