摘  要:为了解决磷酸铁制备工艺复杂、成本高等问题,本文提出一种工艺简单的高纯度微纳米磷酸铁制备方法。实验以自制水雾化超细纯铁粉和磷酸为主要原料,加热条件下使磷酸直接溶解铁粉,再加入过氧化氢溶液,利用高能球磨设备与反应釜合成出高纯度微纳米磷酸铁粉末。采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析,微纳米FePO_4粉末是0.15μm左右规则球型颗粒,有利于提升磷酸铁锂电池的性能。In order to solve the problems of complexity and high cost,a simple preparation method for highpurity micro-nano iron phosphate was proposed.In the experiments,self-made water atomized ultrafine pure iron powder and phosphoric acid were used as the main raw materials.Under heating conditions,the iron powder was directly dissolved by phosphoric acid,and then hydrogen peroxide solution was added.High-purity micro-nano iron phosphate powder was synthesized by high-energy ball mill and reactor.The XRD and SEM analysis show that the micro-nano FePO4 powder consists of particles in regular spherical shape with a diameter of about 0.15μm,which is beneficial to the performance of LiFePO4 batteries.
