摘  要:提出了金属粉末与Q235B钢板轧制成复合板的工艺技术。利用自主研发并制造的高刚度二辊可逆冶金粉末实验轧机及成套中试生产装备,进行粉末轧制、复合粉末+钢板轧制实验,开展高品质粉末复合板轧制及烧结致密化研究。采用冷轧+烧结+热轧工艺技术,制取镍60粉末与Q235B复合板试样,对轧制复合界面进行金相分析及SEM和EDX等检测。结果表明,镍60粉末与Q235B界面实现了冶金结合,界面致密度良好。A rolling technique to make composite plates using metal powder and Q235B steel plate is introduced.A high-stiffness two-roll reversible metallurgical powder experimental mill and a complete pilot production equipment were independently developed and manufactured.Powder rolling and composite rolling of powder and steel plate were conducted to investigate high-quality powder composite plate rolling and sintering densification.Using a technique of cold rolling+sintering+hot rolling,a composite plate was prepared from nickel 60 powder and a Q235B plate,and its composite interface was investigated by metallographic analysis,SEM,EDX,and etc.The results show that the interface between the nickel 60 powder and the Q235B plate is metallurgical bonding with high density.
