摘 要:在对圆柱线齿轮进行磨削加工时,机床精度以及砂轮和圆柱线齿轮工件之间的相对位置等因素都会对线齿轮齿形和接触线精度造成影响。为了提高线齿轮磨削加工后接触线的精度,对圆柱线齿轮成形磨削方法进行研究,并且对磨削过程中砂轮位置偏差对圆柱线齿轮齿形的影响规律进行分析。首先,根据圆柱线齿轮设计理论推导出圆柱线齿轮的齿面方程;其次,根据圆柱线齿轮的结构特点提出圆柱线齿轮成形磨削方法,并且推导出成形砂轮的轴向截面廓形;再次,推导出磨削加工过程中成形砂轮位置在存在偏心误差、轴向误差以及倾斜误差情况下的圆柱线齿轮误差齿面方程,并且运用Mathematica软件分析砂轮位置偏差对圆柱线齿轮齿形的影响规律;最后,运用VERICUT加工仿真平台对圆柱线齿轮进行磨削加工仿真,并且将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行对比,验证了砂轮位置偏差对圆柱线齿轮齿形影响规律分析的正确性。研究内容和分析结果可为圆柱线齿轮成形磨削过程中各项砂轮位置参数的调整提供可靠的理论参考。In the process of cylindrical line gear grinding,the accuracy of machine tool and the relative position between grinding wheel and cylindrical line gear workpiece will affect the accuracy of tooth flank and contact line of line gear.In order to improve the accuracy of the contact line after grinding,a form grinding method of cylindrical line gear was studied,and the influence of the position deviation of grinding wheel on the tooth flank of cylindrical line gear was analyzed.Firstly,the tooth surface equation of cylindrical line gear was derived according to the design theory of cylindrical line gear.Based on the structure characteristics of cylindrical line gear,a form grinding method of cylindrical line gear was proposed,and the axial section profile of forming grinding wheel was derived.Then,the error tooth surface equation of cylindrical line gear was derived,when there were eccentric errors,axial errors and tilt errors of grinding wheel position during grinding process.At the same time,the influence of the position deviation of grinding wheel on the tooth flank of cylindrical line gear was analyzed with Mathematica software.Finally,VERICUT simulation platform was used to simulate the grinding process of cylindrical line gear,and the simulation results were compared with the theoretical calculation results to verify the correctness of the analysis of the effect of grinding wheel position deviation on tooth flank of cylindrical line gear.The results can provide a reliable theoretical reference for the adjustment of grinding wheel position parameters in the grinding process.
