摘　　要：多层次资本市场是有效应对经济全球化、金融一体化进程的客观需要。全力发展我国资本市场,是一个重大的战略选择。在回顾我国多层次资本市场发展历程、分析发展多层次资本市场必要性和现状的基础上,针对我国多层次资本市场体系发展问题进行研究,致力于探讨并解决目前多层次资本市场存在的问题,并为日后我国资本市场的发展提供经验借鉴。It is necessary to develop the multi-level securities market in order to effectively cope with the process of economic globalization and financial integration.It is an important strategic choice to develop our capi⁃tal market.This paper reviewed the development of a multi-level securities market in China.Based on the analysis of necessity and present situation of the development of multi-level capital market,this paper research on the multi-level securities market system development in China,which is committed to explore and solve the problems in Chinese multi-level capital market,and to provide experience for the development of securities market in the future.
