摘  要:蒸汽是铜电解生产主要能源消耗之一,占总能耗的40%左右。随着外购蒸汽量不断增加,降低蒸汽消耗,对降低生产成本有着重要的意义。通过研究蒸汽消耗影响因素及新型节能型工艺设备,优化生产组织,采用MVR高效蒸发器,开展余热利用等,大幅降低铜电解蒸汽单耗。Steam is the main energy consumption of copper electrorefining production,accounting for about 40%of the total energy consumption.With the increasing quantity of steam purchased,reducing steam consumption is of great significance to reduce production cost.By studying the influencing factors of steam consumption and new energy-saving process equipment,optimizing the production organization,adopting MVR high-efficiency evaporator and carrying out waste heat utilization,the unit steam consumption of copper electrolysis was greatly reduced.
