摘  要:磨矿流程是选矿生产中一道重要生产工序,其受来料矿石性质、磨机衬板损耗、钢球与给水大小等多种因素共同影响,难以建立精确的数学模型。同时磨矿产品粒度、浓度对后续浮选流程具有重大影响。城门山铜矿磨矿流程历经多次技术升级改造,已具备了较高的自动化水平,实现了给矿、给水等稳定控制。随着技术的进步,近年来陆续进行多项技术改造,采用变频技术控制磨机,安装新型仪表等多项工作,进一步提升了磨矿流程的控制水平。The grinding process is an important production process in the ore dressing production.It is affected by many factors such as the nature of ore,the loss of mill liner,the size of steel ball and the feed water,and it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model.At the same time,the particle size and concentration of the grinding products have a significant impact on the subsequent flotation process.The grinding process of Chengmenshan Copper Mine has undergone many technical upgrading and transformation,which has achieved a high level of automation and achieved the stable control of feeding and water supply.With the progress of technology,in recent years,a number of technical transformations have been carried out successively,and the control level of the grinding process has been further improved by changing the frequency control of the mill and installing a number of new instruments.
