摘　　要：基础松动将引起电机运行稳定性问题。结合某抽水蓄能电站发电电动机长期运行后监测数据显示上机架水平振动不收敛的问题,对多个工况运行时的发电电动机上机架水平振动、基础支撑水平振动及上导轴承位置处主轴摆度进行测试,获得相应部位的振动特征。在此基础上,采用趋势分析、频谱分析、轴心位置等技术成功识别因基础和螺栓松动产生的发电电动机运行稳定性问题。采用上机架基础灌浆的方式对基础混凝土裂缝进行加固,并对基础连接螺栓进行紧固。处理后的机组振动监测结果表明:机组恢复正常运行状态。研究成果为类似电站问题处理提供了有益参考。Pedestal looseness of motors can cause operation stability problem for rotor-generators.The long time monitoring data of the rotor-generator of a pumped power storage station shows that the horizontal vibration of the upper bracket does not converge.The horizontal vibrations of the upper bracket and pedestal support and the swing of the main shaft at the upper bearing were measured by test under various working conditions.Their vibration characteristics were obtained.Techniques of trend analysis,frequency spectrum analysis and shaft center positioning analysis were used to identify the stability status of the rotor-generator according to pedestal and bolt looseness.The results showed that the pedestal looseness in the connection between the pedestal frame and the upper bracket is the main reason for vibration divergence of the upper bracket.Measures of reinforcing the loosen part by grouting the cracks of the pedestal of the upper bracket and fastening the bolts were implemented.The vibration monitoring after the rehabilitation indicated that the unit vibration was within specified range,and the unit restored to the normal operation condition.The research provides an available reference for dealing with the similar problems of power stations.
