鲜益母草胶囊在剖宫产后恶露不净治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鲜益母草胶囊治疗剖宫产后恶露不净的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月于本院就诊的剖宫产后恶露不净患者84例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组各42例。对照组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组加用鲜益母草胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、恶露排尽时间、子宫三径之和、中医证候积分及不良反应发生状况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恶露排尽时间为(4.85±0.61)d,短于对照组的(6.29±0.83)d,子宫三径之和为(10.14±1.89)cm,小于对照组的(13.39±2.35)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组中医证候积分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后腹痛、阴道出血量及血质积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组仅出现轻微呕吐、皮疹等不良反应,未对治疗造成影响。结论鲜益母草胶囊治疗剖宫产后恶露不净患者效果确切,可加快恶露排出,减轻临床症状,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fresh motherwort capsule in treating post-cesarean prolonged lochiorrhea.Methods Eighty-four patients with post-cesarean prolonged lochiorrhea treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with fresh motherwort capsule.The clinical efficacy,the time of exhaustion of lochia,the sum of the three uterus diameters,the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The exhaustion time of lochia in the observation group was(4.85±0.61)d,which was shorter than that in the control group(6.29±0.83)d.The sum of the three uterine diameters was(10.14±1.89)cm,which was smaller than that of the control group(13.39±2.35)cm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of the TCM syndrome scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).The abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding volume,and blood quality scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Only minor vomiting,rash and other adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,which did not affect the treatment.Conclusion Fresh motherwort capsule is effective in treating patients with post-cesarean prolonged lochiorrhea after cesarean section.It can accelerate lochia discharge and reduce clinical symptoms.It is safe and reliable.
