摘  要:针对京广高铁卫辉牵引变电所发生220 kV电源进线A相突然故障,造成电力系统缺相运行,上、下行接触网供电中断的问题,分析了牵引变电所220 kV失压保护未动作的原因,并对失压保护的逻辑关系进行了改进,既能满足牵引变电所220 kV电源进线缺相运行又能实现失压启动备自投的功能。With regard to the problems that the sudden breakdown of phase A of 220 kV power supply incoming line occurred in Weihui traction substation of Beijing-Guangzhou high speed railway led to the lack-of-phase operation of electric power system and the power supply cut of OCL of up track and down track,the paper analyzes the causes of failure to operation for voltage loss of 220 kV at traction substation,implements the modification of logic relations of voltage loss protection,which is able to meet the lack-of-phase operation for 220 kV power supply incoming line of traction substation and realize the functions of starting of standby automatic switching for voltage loss.
