摘 要:现代城市轨道交通接触网系统大都采用单重绝缘方案实现沿线设备和支柱的等电位接地,并在接触网对地短路情况下提供短路电流流回牵引变电所的通路。单重绝缘方案存在的问题是,在接触网对地短路故障切除前,沿线支柱和设备的高电位会威胁附近人员的人身安全。基于以色列特拉维夫轻轨红线工程,本文提出了一种新型的双重绝缘接触网系统方案,有效解决了上述问题,并通过建模仿真计算,分别对单重绝缘系统和双重绝缘系统进行研究和对比,验证了双重绝缘接触网系统方案的优势。Overhead contact line of modern rail transit mostly uses single insulation scheme to realize equipotential grounding of equipment and masts along the line,and provides a path for short-circuit current to flow back to the traction substation in case of fault between OCL and ground.The problem of single insulation scheme is that the high potential of equipment and masts along the line will threaten the life safety of nearby people before the fault between OCL and ground is removed.Based on the red line project of Tel Aviv light rail in Israel,this paper analyzes and studies a new scheme of double insulated system,which effectively solves the above problems.In this paper,through simulation modeling,the single insulation system and double insulation system are studied and compared,and the advantages of double insulation system are verified.
