摘  要:从装配式建筑工人工作绩效的定义着手,分析其影响因素,并整理其管理内容。结果表明:装配式建筑工人工作绩效是任务绩效、关系绩效和行为绩效的总和;身体健康、心理健康、工作环境、社交网络、个体行为和组织行为能对其产生正向影响;相比于传统建筑工人工作绩效管理的内容,装配式建造方式对建筑工人任务绩效和关系绩效要求更高,且对行为绩效有特殊要求。基于上述研究结果,提出相关对策建议,为我国产业工人队伍的培养提供思路。Based on the definition of prefabricated construction workers’work performance,the factors affecting the work performance are analyzed,and the work performance management contents are also sorted out.The results show that prefabricated construction workers’work performance refers to the sum of task performance,relationship performance,and behavioral performance.Physical health,mental health,work environment,social network,individual behavior,and organizational behavior have positive impacts on prefabricated construction workers’work performance.The requirements of task performance and relationship performance on prefabricated construction workers are higher than traditional ones,also there are special requirements on prefabricated construction workers’behavioral performance.According to the findings above,corresponding suggestions are raised to provide ideas for the cultivation of Chinese prefabricated construction workers.
