摘　　要：高校知识产权管理政策对科研成果转化发挥着重要的推动作用。加拿大西蒙弗雷泽大学知识产权政策充分考虑了知识产权创造者的权益;对学校没有商业化的职务发明成果,创造者可以在提出申请两个月后单独商业化,并取得主要收益。结合研究提出:提高职务成果转化工作效率,提高成果转化收益,形成成果转化激励机制和问责机制等启示建议。The intellectual property management policy of colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the commercialization of scientific research achievements.The intellectual property policy of Simon Fraser University in Canada fully considers the rights and interests of creators of intellectual properties.Two months after the application was filed,the intellectual properties can be commercialized separately and the main benefits were obtained.The government should revise the policy for the commercialization of intellectual properties in colleges and universities,shortening the time of commercialization,increasing the benefits of commercialization,initiating accountability for non-commercialization,and raising management level,etc.,to form a benign commercialization incentive mechanism and accountability mechanism.
