摘 要:目的调查重症监护护士对体外膜肺氧合(extra-corporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)护理相关知识的认知水平,分析存在的问题并提出相应对策。方法2019年11月,便利抽样法选取某三级甲等医院116名重症监护护士为研究对象,采用自行设计的ECMO护理相关知识问卷对其进行调查,并据此制定相应的措施,以提高护士ECMO护理相关知识的认知水平。结果重症监护护士ECMO护理相关知识的认知水平偏低,其得分为(61.13±5.59)分。不同科室、文化程度、累计ECMO看护人数、累计每年参加ECMO模拟培训次数、累计参加ECMO学术交流次数及是否为专科护士、是否进行ECMO进修的重症监护护士,其对ECMO护理相关知识的认知水平的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论重症监护护士对ECMO护理相关知识认知水平亟待提高,需加强相关专业知识培训,全面提高对ECMO患者的护理能力。Objective To investigate intensive care nursing staff’s nursing knowledge level of patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),analyze the existing problems and put forward the corresponding measures.Methods A total of 116 intensive care nurses in a tertiary class-A hospital were investigated using self-designed ECMO patients’nursing knowledge questionnaire.According to the statistics,corresponding measures are taken for improvement.Results The total score of ECMO-related knowledge of intensive care nurses was(61.13±5.59).There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the level of education.The number of ECMO nurses,the number of ECMO simulation training every year,whether to carry out ECMO further education,the number of ECMO academic exchanges and the number of specialist nurses in different departments influenced the difference of knowledge level and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The intensive care nursing staff’s nursing knowledge of ECMO patients needs to be improved urgently,and the training of relevant professional knowledge needs to be strengthened,to improve the nursing abilities of patients with ECMO.
