调整输注方法减轻弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者首次使用利妥昔单抗致不良反应的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨调整输注方法对减轻利妥昔单抗致不良反应的效果。方法2016年1月至2017年12月,便利抽样法选取在某院首次使用利妥昔单抗的弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者113例为对照组,采用常规输注法;2018年1月至2019年12月,同法选取该类患者163例为观察组,采用输液泵输注法。比较两组患者的不良反应发生率、不良反应分级及输液时间。结果两组患者的不良反应发生率、不良反应分级差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的平均用药时间为(4.59±1.22)h,显著少于对照组[(5.95±2.08)h],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用输液泵输注法能显著降低弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者首次使用利妥昔单抗用药期间不良反应的发生率,减少严重不良反应发生,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of infusion method adjustment on relieve adverse reactions of rituximab and provide guidance for clinical medication.Methods A total of 113 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who were first treated with rituximab in our department from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the control group subjects,and routine infusion was used.A total of 163 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who were first treated with rituximab in our department from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group subjects,and the infusion pump was adopted.Results There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions and the severity of adverse reactions between the two groups(all P<0.05).The avarage infusion time of observation group[(4.59±1.22)h]was significantly less than that of control group[(5.95±2.08)h]and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The improved infusion method can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the first use of rituximab in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,reduce the occurrence of serious adverse reactions,which has certain clinical application value.
