从“火郁发之”论治乳腺癌化疗性口腔溃疡

摘　　要：本文探讨乳腺癌化疗性口腔溃疡的中医治疗。化疗药属热(火)毒之品,乳腺癌化疗性口腔溃疡是感受火热毒邪后,与痰、瘀、毒等有形之病理产物互结,阻遏气机,使热(火)毒外达之路痹阻,伏久郁而生热,治疗应遵循"火郁发之"原则。透法是"火郁发之"指导下的关键治法,以"祛其壅塞,展布气机",使郁闭火热之邪透达于外。文中结合临床验案,阐述升降散可作为治疗乳腺癌化疗性口腔溃疡主方。This article discussed the treatment of chemotherapeutic oral ulcer of breast cancer with TCM.Chemotherapeutic drugs belong to heat(fire)toxic products.Chemotherapeutic oral ulcer of breast cancer is caused by the interaction of tangible pathological products such as phlegm,blood stasis and toxin with human body after feeling heat toxic pathogen,which blocks the way of heat(fire)toxic outreach,and generates heat due to long-term depression.Therapy should follow the principle of"fire stagnation and dissipation".Penetration method is the essential treatment under the guidance of"fire stagnation and dissipation",through"dispelling its obstruction and displaying qi",so as to make fire and heat pathogens penetrate into the outside.Combined with clinical cases,this article illustrated that Shengjiang Powder is the main prescription for treating chemotherapeutic oral ulcer of breast cancer.
