摘 要:本实验采用三隔室构型的双极膜电渗析装置对黏胶纤维生产过程中产生的硫酸钠高盐废水进行电解制备氢氧化钠和硫酸,并将产出的氢氧化钠和硫酸回用于生产过程中纤维素的软化和纺丝的凝固浴.通过探究操作电压、初始原料浓度以及循环流速变化对双极膜电渗析性能的影响,并以流经膜堆电流的大小和硫酸钠的转化率、电流效率以及平均能耗作为评价指标.结果表明:对膜堆施加的操作电压越高,硫酸钠的转化时间越短,转化率略微变低,但整体达90%以上,且电流效率降低,平均能耗升高;初始原料质量分数越高,硫酸钠转化率越低同时转化时间增加,电流效率升高,平均能耗降低;循环流速变化对膜堆整体性能影响较小,但流速不应过高,过高流速会加剧膜片形变,影响使用寿命.In this experiment,a three-compartment bipolar membrane electrodialysis device was used to perform spot decomposition of sodium sulfate and high-salt wastewater produced during viscose fiber production to prepare sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid.The produced sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid were returned to the coagulation bath for the softening and spinning of cellulose in the earlier stage.The influence of the operating voltage,the initial raw material concentration and the four-chamber circulating flow rate on the electrodialysis performance of the bipolar membrane was explored,and the evaluation index of the current flowing through the membrane stack,the conversion rate of sodium sulfate,the current efficiency,and the average energy consumption were evaluated.The results show that the higher the operating voltage applied to the membrane stack,the shorter the conversion time of sodium sulfate,and the conversion rate becomes slightly lower,but the overall rate is more than 90%,and the current efficiency is reduced,and the average energy consumption is increased.The higher the initial raw material concentration,the lower the conversion rate of sodium sulfate and the longer the conversion time;the current efficiency increases,and the average energy consumption decreases;the change of the circulating flow rate has little effect on the overall performance of the membrane stack,but the flow rate should not be too high,and excessively high flow rates will aggravate the membrane deformation and affect the service life.
